Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida. His strong foundation in finance and accounting, combined with his expertise in ERP systems, has been instrumental in helping businesses optimize their operations.

Mark began his career as a tax accountant in Florida before transitioning into private industry, where he held key management roles overseeing accounting, financial analysis, acquisitions, and systems development across the retail and logistics sectors. His ability to bridge finance and technology earned him companywide recognition for leading a successful Lawson ERP implementation and enhancing financial analytics capabilities.

Jamie Bails Richardson has led Infor/Lawson ERP practices since 1994. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA, she is passionate about helping organizations maximize the value of evolving business practices and technology through education, collaboration, and thoughtful change management.

Jamie believes successful projects are measured not only by timelines and budgets, but by the experience of the people using the systems every day. She emphasizes engaging users throughout the discovery and decision-making process, while providing ongoing education, enablement, and clear communication to support long-term success after go-live.

Over the course of her career, Jamie has built and grown ERP consulting practices through multiple industry shifts, continually bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to an evolving landscape. She is proud to serve as part of the Link leadership team, whose values of honesty, integrity, kindness, and respect closely reflect her own.

Among her proudest accomplishments are the deep, lasting relationships she has built with colleagues and staff throughout her career. Jamie believes that when organizations invest in and care for their people, exceptional client service and strong outcomes naturally follow.

Arden is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Bentley University.  He has worked in both public and private accounting and specializes in implementing Infor ERP systems.

Arden began his career in the finance arena as an Associate for Coopers & Lybrand (currently PWC).  Next, he worked in private industry as an Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller.  In these roles, he implemented the Financial and HR/Payroll suites of Lawson Software (now Infor). 

Arden enjoyed the implementation process so much that he joined Lawson Software as an Application Consultant and became fully certified on the Financial Suite of products.  Arden then joined Bails & Associates and was a key factor in the firm’s growth and excellent reputation over the last 25 years.

Arden is thrilled to join Link ERP and its stable of experienced and highly regarded consultants.  His focus has always been on client satisfaction and retention.

Luke is passionate about helping others succeed—whether that means guiding a client toward the right solution or supporting colleagues and partners in achieving shared goals. He is highly organized, knowledgeable, and efficient, with a talent for identifying what matters most to clients and aligning the right team and resources to turn business needs into meaningful outcomes.

As a former business owner, Luke understands firsthand the challenges leaders face and brings that perspective to every client relationship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cheering on Pittsburgh sports, and making the most of time with family and friends.
